Film Slate of Section 181 ready motion pictures from New Integrity Films:

The motion picture titles (below) have been developed and written into full length screenplays. They are ready for Production financing and packaging under the standing United States Treasury/IRS Section 181 Tax Law. The producers have categorized the film slate by budget and movie genre below. Investments are on a per-project basis. There are no minimum investments, and the movie production cap is 15 million dollars. The budgets range from 650K to 15 million dollars (US). Each tax deduction scenario is expected to be unique.
We combine Section 181 with a state film tax rebate. By coupling the two together we can reduce an investor’s risk by 50-100%. Upside is distribution revenue on the motion pictures with projected profits for the life of the motion picture - that includes a 9% non-tax status on the film's future revenue. All of these titles are considered independent films, but of a commercial nature; our motion pictures are considered saleable by foreign and domestic film distribution companies (as opposed to art house or drama which are very difficult to sell in both markets). We anticipate that investment in our motion pictures will result in a profitable enterprise and an enjoyable experience.
